Yusified 

The most common phrase when referring to bootlegging and scamming in the vinyl record community. The word originated in France where bootlegging is notorious--especially in the genres of soul & funk--and a common pseudoname of choice for bootleggers is "Yusuf". The word "yusified" is synonymous with the phrase "faking the funk".

Man 1: Oh no, this record I purchased is a bootleg! The seller told me it was an original!!

Man 2: You got yusified, man!

To do better or make something in the best way possible. Also interpreted to add light to something. Yuki stems from the Edo Name Osayukidolason, meaning source of light in darkness. Also translated harbinger of hope.
