A public act of violence, sex, or bodily discharge in a manner which is particularly shocking to the moral conscience of a reasonable person.

The name Yorkery is derived from from New York, whose public transit system is known for individuals displaying this kind of behavior.

Did you hear about the guy who lit a woman on fire on the subway? And then that other guy who had sex with a dead body on the subway? The city really needs to put a stop to the Yorkery.
