Getting a large group of people, bringing tents and camping out in a random stranger's yard.

Dude: "Hey, Want to go yard-hopping tonight?"

Other guy: "Hell yea dude!"

Yard Hopping

When you and a bunch of your friends get drunk or high and decide to steal random stuff from people's yards (potted plants, xmas lights, garden gnomes, etc)

Person 1: "Hey, let's get drunk and go yard hopping! I need some more potted plants for my patio!"
Person 2: "Okay! I'll grab my car, you get the bottle and a blunt!"
