"Yoyoyo" Is used iroic, when you are talking about either Hip-Hop or rock.

Some people believe that modern Hip-Hop artists, makes rap-music, and yell "Yo" all the time. But Hip-Hop has changed to the modern music genre called "Trap" or "TrapHop" and even "Alternative Rock"
When "Yoyoyo" is used by a person with high respect in society, he or she actually refers to rock.

You can often use the Devil-sign with your hand at the same time you are saying "Yoyoyo" (Ironic)

Smart person: I sure ain't listenin' to any rap, it's either called Trap or Alternative rock.
