Wuria is basically the highest ranking member of any society, a Wuria would never turn his back on his fellow Wurias. Not everyone is a Wuria, being a Wuria is something you either are born with or earn throughout your lives. 魏无羡 (Wèi wú xiàn) aka 魏婴(Wèi yīng) is one of the (gay) main characters in Mo Dao Zu Shi (魔道祖师), a danmei book written by MXTX (墨香铜臭). He is the husband of Lan wangji (蓝忘机). Wei wuxian likes to drink emperor's smile (天子笑) and he also likes to watch his husband drink emperor's smile and get drunk.
