To hold prejudice against someone's way of writing. Such as a newbie's writing.

A person or entity who judges, makes a negative preconception, treats bad, or discriminates against a caucasian or light skinned person solely based on their skin color.

Martin was acting wracist when he said John couldn't rap or play basekrtball well because he is white. John has a record album and won basketball awards over the years.
