Wolfire

The coolest independent video game developer around. Wolfire is a team of 5 or so guys working together to create fun and immersive games. They focus on gameplay and intuitiveness.

Wolfire released Lugaru, a 3rd-person rabbit kung-fu fighter game for Mac, Windows and Linux. Yes, I said rabbit kung-fu.

They are currently in development of the sequel, Overgrowth, which will massively improve on the excellent foundations of the it's predecessor.

Wolfire is known for it's friendly team and being reachable by their many fans.

I so preordered Overgrowth from Wolfire, that game is going to be great.

Wolfpyre

sexy werewolf/vampire hybrids thought up in the late 90's early 2000's by a group of students from westside highschool in arkansas. This was before, i repeat, before the underworld movie was released. the group was made up by several students who all took "pack" names and used them for role playing games. Later, members from outside the school were allowed to join, but only if they were approved by the Alpha. The group of friends remain quite close, spending time visiting anime cons, and get together every halloween for a big bash.
