A nickname used to describe a small brown girl from Radford, Virginia. It was given to her by Sissy in Madrid, Spain. Henceforth, anytime said brown girl does anything at all, someone in the vicinity shall scream "WOKUUUUUUUUUUU!" until his/her lungs scream out.
