Winealated 

It means to have drunk "Wine" and gone a bit crazy. Not completely or not sober but in-between. In Winealated people are generally happy and making jokes and laughing :)

a person who feels they are able to function and go about their daily tasks better by drinking wine; you feel you are able to function and it is similar to being caffeinated

After a glass or two of wine, I'm wineinated and feel like I can face home learning.
