Whaccent 

refers to the fake or "whack" accent that someone puts on to sound more interesting. most commonly found in hip-hop/rap circles, when someone is from the suburbs and speaks like they are from the inner city "hood".
The absence of R's, particularly (i.e. Let's go to the "pawty" not "party")

"yo, yo, yo, ma, when you drop me at the jam, don't let ma friends see. You's be trippin"; "that guy's got a pure Whaccent".
when a guy is from brampton but talks like he's from the bronx ; when someone is from toronto but because they spent half the year traveling Ireland they begin to speak like the Irish; when your parents are Jamaican but you were born elsewhere yet manage to have a full accent
