A word from the midwest used by Todd's brother (Ryan) that means nothing, it just sounds funny when he uses the word.

A cigarette with embalming fluid AKA wack or water that is laced with weed/ marijuana.

I witnessed a young man rolling a whackamo cigarette with marijuana and dipping it in embalming fluid. And he became very high and belligerent.
