Vratko is very attractive, it takes only one look at his eyes and you'll be gone. Not only his looks are charming though, he also has a wonderful personality! He likes to make himself heard but be careful - he doesn't like being the centre of attention.
Vratko has a very good taste of humour but not everybody gets his jokes. Don't be offended if he roasts you, he's just joking around. You might want to think twice before arguing with Vratko - he's very clever and always comes up with the best points and is good at proving others wrong. He doesn't mean anything bad though, he just loves sharing his opinions.
