vishil

A short, aggressive individual who will insult anything or anyone (most likely due to little man syndrome). A Vishil is generally quite hostile or aggressive if not sedated with weed for a significant amount of time. Also a hat wearing lover who likes to provoke people and yell "What you gonna do?!".

"That dude called me fat and ugly for no reason!"
"Wow, he's totally a Vishil"
