Vileism 

The use of vile and/or hateful speech against another person or group of people.

J: God, I hate her so much! She's such a ***** **** ******* ***!
A: Dude! Cut the vileism, it's disgusting that you even use that kind of language against someone else!

Or-

H: The vileism on Twitter right now is awful.
B: Yeah, I've been trying to avoid social media recently because of it, it's really unsettling.

vilismack 

1. Perform a heinous act.
2. People will respond to the heinous act.
3. Vilify the responders to the heinous act.

Throughout history we've seen vilismack used by tyrants.

Hitler used vilismack when he killed Jews, then vilified any Germans who complained about the atrocity

More recently, Democrats engaged in vilismack when they cheated in the counting of the 2020 election ballots, then they vilified Americans who responded to the fraud.
