It's a combination of English and slang Filipino; the prefix and suffix "un-" and " -able" + the slang word "gorn" which translates to govern with added nuance of those who profess to favor freedom, yet depreciate agitation; men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. The inability to be bored; Always being entertained or having something to do; Having too many things to fit into each day such that you are never bored; Having too many hobbies, errands, goals, tasks, etc.
It seems crazy that there is no word for this, which describes me to a T. I haven't been bored for over 20 years. In fact, I have had to backburner hobbies cuz there is no time to fit everything in. Well now there is a word.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped.
