Unspond

To respond in such a way to a question that the question remains unanswered. While at the same time the one responding claims to have answered appropriately.

1. Asker: "Im going to the store, do you want anything?"
Responder: "Maybe."

Responder is said to have unsponded.

2. Asker: "Do you like lasagna?"
Responder: "Yes and no."

To shoplift after getting severe dissatisfaction with returning a purchase.

I bought this pair of jeans here and they shrunk after the first wash. You better replace them or I swear I'll be unspending here till Christmas 2010.
