its a michigan thing and it is slang for saying "twin"

Colloquialism for vagina. Only ever used twice in the Eddie Murphy movie Boomerang by Martin Lawrence, then David Alan Grier and probably by no-one else before or ever again.

"Someone's not hitting the twizzer!!"
