Troiaio

Used in the Italian Tuscan dialects, "Troiaio" is commonly used to describe in a funny and vulgar way a mess or, in general, something bad.

It. "Sei proprio un troiaio!" En. "You are really ugly!"
It. "Che è 'sto troiaio?!" En. "What is this mess?!"
It. "Alberto ha provato a cucinare le lasagne, ma è uscito fuori un troiaio." En. "Alberto tried cooking lasagna, but it came up a mess."

When a man, fails to secure sex from his wife / girlfriend. He then proceeds to have sexual relations to completion, with the crease between her butt and the back of her leg.

I heard he gave his girlfriend "the Troiano" last night and she blacked his eye.
