toughie clan 

A family that hold the last name of "Tough"
They consider themselves to be a 'Clan' and tend to be extremely silly but caring. They're also crazy. If you meet a member of the Toughie Clan, be sure you snatch that last name to gain membership too.
The Toughie Clan waltzed around the shopping centre, with a member hitting a statue for fun.

A marijuana substance that gives someone the illusion of being very strong. 3. A strong person who will not take shit from anyone; nothing gets to them. 4. Keyboard-toughie 

Term invented in the early 2000 by Dr Mario. Term used to describe an individual that talk sh1t on the internet completly protected in their home home.

They would never do that in public, being shy, timid, reserved individual. But because they have complete impunity, they show their real morality and talk, act like sh1t.
Kid(BBQ) : you are a stupid ass h0le, I did your mother last night...
