1) To be ignorant of twitter; to have twitter but not know how it works.

2) Someone who is aware of twitter, knows how it works, but is still in some way mentally deficient with their use of it.

3) Worthless twitter posts (a phrase which may or may not be redundant).

A product that Apple comes out with that is rediculous and has "I" in the name of the product.

The Ipad is cool but if they keep pushing that kind of stuff people might think Apple's products are "Iretarded".

A word to describe a poor connection to the '3' mobile phone network.

The '3' network is highly disputed among most (including 3 customers) to have the crappiest coverage of all of the UK mobile networks.
