When you mean or want to do something in or at the moment but can't be bothered so are honest enough (or through a freudian slip) admit you're incapable & commit to doing it tomorrow.
Tomoment can also be used as a way of delaying a request or action until it is no longer required.
Person 1: "Helen can you send that to me?"
Person 2: "Sure, I'll do that tomoment"
