The irrational fear of losing fat and an aggressive need to protect fat reserves.

My friend yelled at me for suggesting that they need to lose weight in order to fit through doors. They're so thinphobic!

Thugphobic 

A type of joke where an unknowing twitch streamer watches a seemingly innocent video (usually on stream), which is abruptly interrupted by an adult film star (usually DreamybullXXX). This causes said twitch streamers to react angrily and upset. Because of the irrational and sudden behavior of the twitch streamer, they are called 'thugphobic'.

Laquarius Brown : "Hey man did you see that video of Ninja? He was acting totally thugphobic after seeing that Dreamybull clip"

Amba Tukam : "I did. I can't believe one of my favorite streamers could be so thugphobic".
