A noun used to refer to a particular being to whom the user finds rather irritating and does not want to use the particular persons name.

Thinghood

Noun. An Aristotelian-derived term which references that which makes a thing itself. Taken up in the Metaphysics where it is is also more confusedly known as "substance". Not contingent on material. The first, or most primary way of being.

I was happy to observe my thinghood remained intact despite the tumor.
