An upper arm so fat that that it is as big as a thigh.

Thelbow

Like "cankles" of the wrists. Fat from thumb to elbow. Lack in definition around wrist bones as generally seen in either someone obese or a broken/swollen wrist.

Did you see the thelbows on that guy?

Yeah, it really exaggerates his tiny hands.
