"Theirence" is a common known nickname for Terence's, Janine Butcher's Lhasa Apso dog who appeared in the BBC One soap opera EastEnders between 2001 and 2009. The act of "reheating nachos" is to take inspiration or copy somebody who has done something before. "Dory" is a mispronunciation of the word "dorl" by Sandra Martin from Gogglebox on a TikTok live in which she was asked if she'd had a mug of Mellow Birds today dorl, but she read it as dory.
