Verb: The-Phoenix is when you combine two birds (both middle finger & thumbs pointing outwards) using both pinkies to create The-Phoenix.

The-Phoenix must only be used for a special occasion &/or towards a person or thing that you hate more than anything else in ALL OF EXISTENCE other wise you will adulterate the meaning of The-Phoenix.

A once movie theater in Petaluma, California which is now inhabited by teenagers taking drugs and listening to crappy local bands on Fridays and Saturdays. it's basically the "cool thing" to do, but it's really retarded.
The movie "The Birds" premiered at this theater and someone let birds loose during the movie to scare the audience.
