The Bullista is an attack only preformed by kevin (and chuck norris). The Bullista requires a light-weight person, a paper cone, and someone you hate (bailey). First place the cone on the head of the light-weight person, next grab that person by the shirt and the pants pocket, and then spin that person around in at least 2 complete circles, then said person towards the person you hate hopefully injuring that person.
kevin: okay, cj, go distract bailey while I jump off the lockers and use soccerboy as the light-weight person to toss at bailey and the bullista will be complete.
