Get the The Bottom mug.A neighborhood in south Baton Rouge, LA. It's a lower class black area. It's also prone to flooding due to the low level its set on. It was meant to be derogatory at first, but the inhabitants of the neighborhood have embraced the name. The neighborhood is also a host for a once a year event called "Bottom Bash." The area is south of Government st. near the south gates of LSU's campus. This area has produced some famous rapper's such as C-LOC, Lil Boosie, Webbie, and Young Bleed.
