Short for severe crippling alcoholism. When someone drinks so much alcohol on a daily basis, they don't merely have a drinking problem. They got the "ism"

(Short for “Pimpism”)

1. (n) noun - the study, science and mathematics of the Pimp Game; an entire distinct doctrine, practice and theory that constitutes all principles of Pimpin' a bitch or a hoe; an ideology that governs Pimp philosophy and Pimpknowledgy including how "pimps" dress, walk and talk.

2. (n) noun - the man himself is referred to as, Ism, Izm, or "The Izm."
3. (adj) adjective - a word used on the West Coast, West Coast slang within that area's Pimp culture, circa late 1900s, primarily used to covertly refer to a Pimp, Pimping, or the Pimp Game.

The Double-Ismail Effect 

The effect that occurs when two people named Ismail convince you of something, or convince you to do something as long as it doesn't break the law. There is a 99.8% chance that Ismail and Ismail will successfully convince the subject. There are only a handful of recorded unsuccessful cases, though many say they are false reports.

Example 1:
Person 1: Wow I can't believe Ismail S. and Ismail H. convinced me to go camping at Joshua Tree, I hate the outdoors!

Person 2: They call that the Double-Ismail Effect

God and Satan work through human beings. In Christian Polar Theism, God became the man Jesus Christ to let Satan torture and physically kill Him in exchange for the souls of sinners who repent (desire to be sinless).
