(1) Fear of being kidnapped by a -princess- pirate girl.
(2) Fear of there being a fourth piece of the Triforce.

AAH! MY SISTER WAS TAKEN BY A GIANT BIRD BUT ALL I CARE ABOUT IS NOT ENDING UP PIRATE FOOD!

What? There's no fourth Triforce! That would be a TETRAFORCE! I HAVE SEVERE TETRAPHOBIA!

Irrational fear of the number 4. This is most prominent in East Asian countries.

In those regions, the number 4 in most Asian languages is a homophone with death, the main reason tetraphobia is prominent in East Asia.

tetraphobia is serious and you ignore everything that includes the number 4. you do not say 4 letter words, write them in essays or notes, eat 4 skittles at a time, have 4 buttons on your shirt, play a fourth on the piano, etc...

My boyfriend can't say "i love you" to me because he has tetraphobia and love is 4 letters long.
