Electronic/techno music that can no longer be described by a simple genre because of the exquisite amazingness contained within the song. Thus, necessitating the label "techyes".
Person 1: Dude! Check out my new techyes playlist, it's doper than Floyd Landis!

Person 2: <Reads playlist> Wow, this is techyes!

Tech YES Lovin'

Giving a possibly dirty object (generally computer or tech related) a good cleanup.
Give that used graphics card a good tech yes lovin' and then you'll likely see an improvement on the thermals.

Techies Law

Techies Law is a definition coined by Strictly-Software.com to describe a Murphies Law type scenario related to software development.

The law states that:

If you have spent considerable time trying to resolve a bug in your code, a technical problem or any other such computer related issue and you finally resort to asking for help from a colleague or support team member. You can be rest assured that when you go to show that person the problem in action it has miraculously resolved itself all by itself OR you will immediately spot the cause of the problem.

You are then derided for either being a numpty and / or wasting their precious time for no reason.
I just experienced Techies Law in action. After spending hours trying to debug some code I reluctantly called our lead developer over to help me but as soon as he arrived at my desk I immediately realised what the bug was. He called me a numpty.

I am going to utilise Techies Law by spending a third of the time I usually spend bug fixing before asking for help.

I am going to pray to the God of Geekdom that Techies Law will enact itself and fix my network connection for me by calling someone else over to have a look at the problem.

Short for technicians. The people that make your shows happen. Often seen backstage, on the grid and any other dark space. Has a wide range of skills, knows how to fix anything with a role of duct tape. Rather sexual, doesn't need an excuse to feel you up. Always there for eachother. Strage obssessions with glowtape. Doesn't know what to do with self when tech is cancled. Basicly lives in the theater. Shows would be nothing without them. GO, techies, GO!
Those techies are strage creatures, I think one just tried to feel me up.

Technesia

People who suffer from technesia forget any technologically-related instructions anyone gives them moments after they need them. Thus they will ask you the same technology-related question over-and-over since they forgot you already told them 5 times before.
Geez, that's the 6th time I've told them how to connect to a wireless network. They must be suffering from a severe case of technesia.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
