One of arabic descent, a tasneen is usually a girl from the saudi arabian empire. Despite her dark skin she has the tendency to grow up in the canadian tundra. The name is quite rare and relates back to the early years A.D. where a woman was "tasneened" or trampled by horses and having the vaginal fluids sucked out of her body by the horse.
