Someone tantamount to being a complete and utter cunt.

Passive-aggressive, manipulative and sociopathic types often tread the line between being your friends and being complete cunts. Often it would take just one word or action to confirm their true intentions which are never honourable anyway.

An overly zealous, twenty-something gun owner who wears nothing but tactical pants and nipple-revealing tight t-shirts. Tacticunts are irrationally arrogant about their knowledge of firearms and often make silly, malfunction-inducing modifications to their firearms.

I don't feel like going to the range today, there will be too many Tacticunts there with their stupid ZEV Glocks.
