A bum so noxious that the smell is a weapon of mass destruction. Usually a combination or urine, vomit, body odor and a variety of rotting substances. The apex of smelly homeless humanoids. They usually have Charles Manson crazy eyes.

Watch out for that tallibum over there, unless you've got a gas mask in your backpack.
