The Message 

When a movie or TV show is pushing a woke agenda and it lectures and talks down to its audience.

I wonder why Disney is obsessed with promoting "The Message" in their movies.

Means that you understand a persons actions or what a person is trying to say without literally telling you.

Her:*doesn’t reply*

Him: Ight don’t expect to hear form me again. I got the message.

Him: Look I really like you but I’m tryna focus on my career right now...
