A term used by Reddit users to thank others for Reddit Gold/Platinum/whatever other pointless ego-stroking gold star sticker they've been given.
TTGSD
Time To Get Shit Done. Right after ejaculation after an intense session of masturbation, man is quickly thrown back into reality, upon which he is reminded of all the errands he must run, all the work he must do. When motivation is scarce for said things, saying a cool, short, hip abbreviation, such as "TTGSD" will provide the energy needed.

Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
