a) noun, a extraodinarily beautiful super-hero who needs no cape, just rock-climbing gear, yoga, and her sunny smile to kick the forces of evil's arses. This super-hero is known to do all things and everything, fueling her generous spirit and laughing at children habit with only diet coke and gluten and lactose free nutrition.

b) verb, to either: survive hell (take out the e, replace with and i) with a smile, to beat up large impostors named Stefan, to conquer the world, to lead the sometimes lost, to give hope, to love, to cause Mischief AND to give grief to silly students like Taylor, Jessica, or Keely (well more than just those mavaricks)
