A nice Victorian or older style home that was once beautiful, until some folks of Latino ancestry bought it and put fake stucco on it and painted it garish colors.

Look at that big Spictorian on the corner. I bet that was a really nice house. What a shame.

A person who has distinguishing traits, qualities, or properties of both Italian and Spanish descent.

-A term used by hipsters
-Could be of rascist concern

Sub 1: I started speaking to him in Spanish...
Sub 2: Why?
Sub 1: Well he looked it. It was a racial thing.
Sub 2:What else did he say?
"Don't worry I get that all the time, I'm italian and spanish, my friends call me spictalian".
