When someone does something that's makes it too unfair to embarass or joke about them about it.

Obama: "Hey Joe, I just won the Nobel Peace Prize!"

Biden: "Really? And for not doing anything either!"

Obama: "Really...seriously Joe? Did you really have to swing at the softball pitch?"
