used in the YouTube weblog 'AwesomeRants' to mean negatively commented on or criticised. The use of 'wiggle' as part of the word suggests a nit-picking attitude as in 'to wiggle out of something.'

Someone who is Slow, Lame, Retarded, and Someone tries so hard to act nonchalant or tough around their crush (who likes them back - but again is too slow to pick up any clues).
A swigglemiggle also gets bullied a lot and “touched” by his best friends - nobody but his crush really likes him.
A Twink, gay boy, who first name starts with “M”.
