Someone who is Slow, Lame, Retarded, and Someone tries so hard to act nonchalant or tough around their crush (who likes them back - but again is too slow to pick up any clues).
A swigglemiggle also gets bullied a lot and “touched” by his best friends - nobody but his crush really likes him.
A Twink, gay boy, who first name starts with “M”.
