A person who suffers from {Snarkilepsy}-a {neurological} {disorder} marked by sudden, recurrent, and uncontrollable episodes of sharply critical, cutting, or snide commentary.

Mary, a lifelong snarkileptic, couldn't refrain from telling the alopecia sufferer, "nice haircut."

A person who is naturally inclined to have fits of nasty, assholish behavior on a regular basis. Usually someone with severe constipation, anal retention and control freak issues. Friends never know when this person will snap and become snarky.
