Snargletaff 

It is commonly spoken after 'poking fun at' or ridiculing someone or something. It is used to signify an (often failed) attempt at humour, showing the speakers intentions were only to make a light-hearted jest and not to cause offence.
For example -

After making a joke instead of saying: kidding! I'm just pulling your leg.

You would say: snargletaff!
