Adjective-
1. The excitement of one's messed up teeth. Especially one's teeth with post-oral surgery, that has resulted in no teeth at all.

2. Fantastic freak of nature, one with only a half set of teeth. A beauty so unusual.

"Wow! That girl, sitting at the piano has such a snagtastic smile, I might have to let her give me a Chicken Patty!"
