When you pause a video of somebody talking, and the resulting frame is one of both grime and disgust.

a creature most commonly compared to a screaming teenage girl covered underneath massive piles of blue cloth. It is often seen on clear crisp cold winter afternoons. They are notorious for going creek hopping and eating inanimate objects-they can't help themselves.
