Sleazident 

A sleazident is a person who holds the position at the helm of an organization, club, frat house, or Country. This person has disturbingly low moral character, poor manners, and a tendency to shock and offend the members of his organization.

"Did you hear what happened with the Sleazident today? The news came out about another tape of him grabbing a woman inappropriately, and later bragging about it.
