Dude#2: I know him. He's normally a good dude. But when He's smoked out He's obviously on drugs DSM-5 would diagnose him as sketchy and schizophrenic...making him sketchephrenic.......It's science.

Sketchophrenia_

Sketchophrenia_, aka Yaqim, is an Instagram celebrity, commonly known for his call outs on several personal tea pages, as well as "out of pocket" behavior. He's seen to be very truthful, crass, and dominantly kinky. He is also described as a "leg opener".

He's a father of two sons, both named Milo, a brother of Kraze (another Instagram celebrity), and is married happily to the lovely redacted_ritiri.

Lore may or may not be accurate due to his Machiavellian impulse to create sexual jokes, those of which consist of threesomes. Although redacted_ritiri too is known for this behavior.
"God, sketchophrenia_ is such a leg opener."

"SHUT THE FUCK UP, HE'S MINE! I'LL TIE YOU TO BRICKS AND TOSS YOU INTO A LAKE OF PIRANHAS IF YOU EVEN LOOK AT HIM!"

"Understandable."

trucker's tan

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
I had a trucker's tan after driving for 10 straight hours on a sunny day.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.
