Stupervise

The act of supervising personell who a) dont't require supervison, b) are more knowlageable then the "supervisor", c) have more experiance then the "supervisor", d) are generally smarter then the "supervisor".
The junior officer that just arrived today is going to stupervise all of us on doing the job that we have done for years.
