the act of assuming you are bestfriends with someone after one facebook conversation.

This emotion can be expressed through a variety of expressions, including but not limited to :

- hugs from behind
- awkward nicknames
- getting upset when you dont know every last thing about your "bestfriends" life
- hooking your "bestfriend" up with people she/he does not wish to be hooked up with

Sikem: *hugs you from behind* Hey (insert awkward nickname), why didnt you tell me who you have a crush on?!
Me: oh, i dont want to tell a lot of people

Me: dude, stop pulling a sikem, we're not bestfriends
