Shoutlet

An outlet (usually a person but can be animals or objects to vent or rant frustrations to by shouting.
My husband has good ears. He has been a shoutlet to me for our 10 years of marriage. He's hearing has deteriorated though.

I like fish as pets because they make better shoutlets. Dogs tend to not like it when i shout at them.

Sometimes i put on death metal on my karaoke machine so it becomes my shoutlet for a rough day.
